Two different types of tinned truffles are available on the market. The sterilisation methods vary: * First sterilisation truffles: the truffle is placed in a jar and sterilised once only. This technique allows to preserve the full aroma of the truffle. * Second sterilisation truffles: the truffle is sterilised twice, and the juice is eliminated. The truffle becomes bland. |
