Choosing your Truffle ?

 
        

We apply the criteria of the truffle standard for selling of fresh truffles.

We sell fresh truffles:

  • From Decembrer to March
  • Selected, washed, brushed.
      

Two different types of tinned truffles are available on the market. The sterilisation methods vary:
* First sterilisation truffles: the truffle is placed in a jar and sterilised once only. This technique allows to preserve the full aroma of the truffle.
* Second sterilisation truffles: the truffle is sterilised twice, and the juice is eliminated. The truffle becomes bland.
 
All our truffles are tinned with the first sterilisation method and are 100 % Tuber melanosporum.
Our range of products includes:
  • Whole truffles, category "extra": Ripe truffles with firm flesh and more or less black. Whole and of slightly irregular shape. 100% Tuber melanosporum.
     
  • Whole truffles, 1st category : truffes of more or less firm flesh, and of relatively clear color. Grey truffles are tolerated. Whole, irregular shape, more or less scornched. 100% Tuber melanosporum.
  • Granité : Ripe truffles of more or less firm flesh. Whole, irregular, they are grinded. The "Granité" contains 92% Tuber Melanosporum truffles, 8% raisin pips oil and salt. The Granitéis ready for use and is fine product.
    Granité is a good approach to truffles for amateurs and experts. It can be used to prepare delicious toast our various recipes.
